a values-driven philosophy (not a program) designed
to help the pastor, his leadership team and the
local congregation to respond to Christ's call
to "make disciples."
We Build People Vision
Statement
- Network churches with effective WBP ministry-
via website, publications, conference, and seminars
- Facilitate leadership training to enhance discipleship
at the local church level.
- Promote resources for implementing WBP that
will be ethically and demographically appropriate.
- Develop a network of consultants-trainers to
facilitate effective WBP ministry in their respective
scope of influence.
We Build People Mission
Statement
To facilitate WBP strategies and
resources that will nurture discipleship at the
national, international, district, and local church
level.
WBP discipleship includes, instructs,
involves, invests, in the lives of individuals
at their level of understanding that will nurture
spiritual development.
